Vehicle fire

One Fire engine was sent to a report of a car on fire in Dalwood, Devon. On arrival crews confirmed that this vehicle was well alight and had spread to a grass field. Crews extinguished the fire using:

• 2 Hose reel jets
• 2 Breathing apparatus
• Thermal image camera
• Small tools

The car was totally destroyed by fire and the cause was accidental.
