Vehicle fire

Fire Control received multiple calls for a vehicle fire on Salterton Road, Exmouth at 17:48 hrs. 

Upon crews attendance, it was confirmed that the vehicle was well alight, with a fire in the engine compartment. 

The fire had spread to the rest of the vehicle and resulted in 100% damage to the engine bay. Fire crews used two breathing apparatus, two hose reel jets and one thermal imaging camera to extinguish the fire.
