Fire control received a call to a car on fire in Crewkerne.

Control mobilised 1 fire appliance from Crewkerne to attend.

On arrival, crews confirmed 1 car well alight and crews were extinguishing the fire.

Crews confirmed 1 car with fire in the engine compartment now extinguished. The vehicle was 40% damaged by fire. Crews used 2 Breathing apparatus, 1 hose reel jet and thermal imaging camera. This fire was deemed as accidental.
