Vehicle fire

We received a number of calls about a car on fire in a car park off Crownhill Road.

On arrival at the scene, our crew confirmed the car was well alight. They set about extinguishing it using breathing apparatus and a hose reel.

The car was severely damaged by fire and the police are investigating the cause.
