Fire control received several 999 calls reporting a car on fire outside a property. One Fire engine was sent and on arrival confirmed this vehicle was well alight.
Crews extinguished the fire using:
- 2 breathing apparatus
- 1 hose reel jet
- 1 foam jet
The car was totally destroyed by fire and the cause was accidental. Crews also adminstered first aid to one person suffering from minor burns.
