Transport incident

Fire crews from Dartmouth were mobilised to a report of a vessel on fire.

Crews waited for the RNLI to tow the vessel to the jetty in the South Embankment.
Crews confirmed that there was a small fire on a 27-foot vessel and the fire was out on arrival. This was accidental ignition.

The responsibility for the vessel was handed back to the owner and the Harbour Master.
