Road traffic collision

Fire control received a call from a member of the public reporting a road traffic collision near the above location. 

Crews were quickly mobilised to the incident and on arrival reported a two vehicle road traffic collision with one person medically trapped. 

Using small tools and with assistance from Ambulance colleagues, crews assisted in extricating the casualty who was conveyed to hospital.

Police were also on scene.
