Road traffic collision

The fire service were called to assist other agencies with a road traffic collision involving two vehicles where casualties were believed to be trapped.

Crews from Ilminster and Chard attended.

On arrival the crews got to work assisting ambulance crews to remove one female casualty from a car. They used hydraulic cutting equipment and small tools.

The casualty was conveyed to hospital.
