Road traffic collision

3 fire appliances from Danes Castle (Exeter), Middlemoor (Exeter) and Exmouth, together with the Heavy Rescue Vehicle from Middlemoor, were mobilised following a call from a member of the public reporting a single vehicle RTC, where a car left the highway and collided with the wall of a domestic property. Both occupants were still in the vehicle at the time of call. 

On arrival of initial crews they confirmed that Ambulance crews were on scene and in the process of assessing both casualties. After liaising with paramedics to formulate a plan our crews released the casualties into their care, whereby they were both conveyed to hospital via land ambulance. Once the vehicle and scene was made safe duty of care was left with both Ambulance and Police.
