Property fire

Fire control received a call from the occupiers of a property stating their was a fire in the kitchen and they were evacuating the premise. 

Control mobilised 3 fire engines and a supporting officer which came from Greenbank and Plymstock. 

Once on scene crews confirmed a fire in the kitchen of a domestic property involving a tumble dryer. 

Crews successfully extinguished the fire using 2 breathing apparatus 1 hose reel jet and 1 thermal imaging camera. 

Fortunately the fire only caused 5% damage to the kitchen of the property.
