Property fire

Fire Control received a call to the above location reporting an alarm activation in a flat. A further call confirmed a possible fire and crews were quickly mobilised to the scene. 

Crews confirmed this was a fire that started on a hob, due to a pan being left on. The flats were evacuated and the pan removed from the building. The affected flat was smoke logged and the property was naturally ventilated by crews. Crews also gave fire safety advice to occupants of the building.
