Property fire

Fire control received a call this morning to alarms activating in a property near the above location.  With information that an oven was left on, control mobilised to a domestic property fire.

Crews from Bridgwater and Taunton attended the incident where a large amount of smoke was reported.  Crews confirmed that electrics were isolated and they used two breathing apparatus, one hose reel jet and one safety jet to extinguish the fire. Crews also ventilated the property.
