Incident information
The incident statistics displayed on the website are updated via an automatic feed. Due to the nature of the incidents we attend, information may change as an incident develops or is investigated, impacting the information displayed on our website. All information is correct at the time of publishing but liable to change.
We do not publish details of every incident we attend on our website. We aim to publish details of incidents that will have a big impact on our communities or are likely to interest the media. We do not guarantee to publish information on our website about all incidents we attend or any one incident in particular.
If information is not published on our website and you would like further information you can request this via a Freedom of Information request.
Incident statistics
We provide figures for the number of incidents we’ve attended over a certain time period. These are categorised into fires, rescues, false alarms and others. These categories are designed to reflect the statistics we report to the Home Office. These figures are updated regularly and are accurate at the time of publishing based on the information available at the time.
Restricted access
We may in the future need to restrict access to parts (or all) of our website and reserve full rights to do so. If at any point, we provide you with a username and password for you to access restricted areas of our website, you must ensure that both your username and password are kept confidential.
Revisions
Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service may change these terms from time to time and so you should check these terms regularly. Your continued use of our website will be deemed acceptance of the updated or amended terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you should cease using our website immediately.
