Fire Control received a call reporting a Range Rover on fire in the Godney area, a crew from Wells was immediately mobilised.
Upon crews arrival, they confirmed that the vehicle was well alight, and an assistance message was received requesting a second fire engine - a crew from Glastonbury was mobilised.
Crews successfully extinguished the fire using compressed air foam supply, 2x breathing apparatus, 1x hose reel jet and a thermal image camera. Unfortunately the car sustained 100% fire damage. The cause of the fire was accidental.
