Fire Control received a call from the Ambulance service asking for assistance for a 3 vehicle road traffic collision on the A38.
Fire Control mobilised 3 fire engines from Danes Castle and Middlemoor, and a Flexi Duty Officer. Whilst en-route to the incident, a second call from Ambulance was received stating that Fire Crews were no longer needed, however Middlemoor's appliance proceeded to incident.
Crew confirmed that 2 vehicles were made safe and off the highway.
Ambulance and National Highways was also in attendance and incident was handed over to the other agencies.
