Road traffic collision

Crews from Yelverton and Crownhill were sent to a report of a road traffic collision with one person still inside the vehicle.  On arrival it was confirmed that this was a builders van on its side.  One casualty released from the vehicle and placed on to a stretcher suffering from possible neck and head injuries.  Equipment used by crews .. scoop stretcher, trauma kit, hose reel jet, short extension ladder and stabilisation equipment.
