Road traffic collision

A fire engine from Martock along with 2 fire engines and the rescue tender from Yeovil were mobilised to a road traffic collision at Tintinhull near Yeovil where a male was trapped.

The male suffering neck pain was being assessed by ambulance crews when fire crews arrived. Crews used 2 sets of cutting gear and a reciprocating saw along with small tools. The casualty was taken to hospital in the care of paramedics.
