Rescue

Crew from Shepton Mallet was mobilised to report of a car stuck in flood water on the Wells Road area of Shepton Mallet.

Once in attendance, crew confirmed that there was 1 car blocking the highway stuck in flood water. They made steady progress towards the vehicle with wading poles. 

Crew worked to push the car into a safe area and gave advice to the driver.
