Property Fire

Fire Control received a call reporting a property on fire with persons reported at the above location. Crews were quickly mobilised and committed 2 breathing apparatus wearers into the risk zone upon arrival in search of the casualty. The breathing apparatus crews confirmed fire on the ground floor of the property and quickly rescued the casualty. The casualty was then given treatment outside and left in the hands of the ambulance service on scene. Crews then extinguished the fire using 2 breathing apparatus, 1 hose reel jet, 1 thermal imaging camera and small tools. The property was 5% damaged by fire and 5% damaged by smoke.
