Property fire

One Fire Appliance from Minehead was mobilised to a possible smell of burning.

On arrival, crews confirmed there was a smell of burning coming from a property. Fire crews forced entry into the property and confirmed a small fire had occurred in the kitchen caused by unattended cooking on the hob.  

The property suffered from light smoke damage and the food was removed from the cooker.
