Property fire

A total of five Fire Engines attended a fire in a domestic property. 

Upon arrival crews confirmed that the first floor was well alight, however crews worked hard to extinguish the fire, then spent some time checking to ensure the fire had not spread.

Equipment used during the incident:

• Four breathing apparatus
• One hose reel jet
• Two ladders
• Small tools

Crews are due to carry out a revisit of the property in the morning. There was 100% smoke damage to the entire flat and the cause of the fire was accidental.
