Property fire

3 fire appliances attended a fire in a domestic farmhouse in the early hours of the morning. Crews arrived on scene and got to work tackling a fire in the ground floor lounge area. Crews put the fire out using 4 breathing apparatus, 2 hose reel jets, 2 safety jets, 2 thermal imaging cameras and positive pressure ventilation. The fire severely damaged the lounge, and the rest of the ground floor suffered damage. All persons were accounted for. Crews confirmed the fire was accidental ignition.
