Property fire

Fire control received a call to reports of a fire in a derelict building. Fire control mobilised 3 pumping appliances and an officer to deal with the incident. 

Upon arrival crews confirmed there was a small fire in a room on the ground floor. Crews got to work using two breathing apparatus and one hose reel jet, they also stood down one of the oncoming appliances. Once the fire was out crews used a positive pressure ventilation fan to clear the smoke

The police were informed and attended due this being suspected arson.
