Property fire

Fire control received a call to reports of a building fire near Higher Clovelly, two fire appliances from Hartland and Bideford along with the Water Carrier from Barnstaple were mobilised to the incident.

Upon arrival crews confirmed one agricultural building to be fully involved in fire, crews extinguished the fire using two breathing apparatus and two hose reel jets.  Seven gas cylinders were removed from the building to a place of safety.  The building was 70% damaged by fire and 100% damaged by smoke.  The cause is undetermined.
