Property fire

Three Fire Engines were sent to a report of a tumble dryer on fire within a public house. On arrival crews confirmed the tumble dryer was on fire and extinguished it using:

• 2 Breathing apparatus
• 1 Hose reel jet
• 1 safety jet
• Smoke clearance fan
• Thermal image camera

The tumble dryer was removed to the open air. Damage was confined to the tumble dryer only and the cause was accidental.
