Property fire

Control mobilised three fire engines and an aerial ladder platform following a call reporting a fire in the laundry room. Upon arrival crews confirmed a fire on the ground floor and requested a further fire engine be mobilised for personnel.

Throughout the incident crews used:

• Six breathing apparatus
• Two hose reel jets
• Thermal image camera
• Small tools
• Ladders
• Gas monitor

As a result of the fire there was 20% smoke damage and 20% fire damage to the building. The cause is believed to be accidental.
