3 fire engines were mobilised to a report of a fire in an electrical switch room of a commercial premises.
Once in attendance, due to knowledge of risks in the premises, the crew asked for the attendance of the Environmental Protection Appliance stationed which was mobilised from Taunton fire station.
Crews quite quickly established that the fire was out but remained in attendance standing by awaiting the arrival of a specialist company who were needed to isolate an affected system.
Damage was confined to an isolation board involved in fire with smoke damage affecting the rest of the room.
