Property fire

Crews from Shepton Mallet and Wells was mobilised with a fire officer to reports of a domestic fire in the High Street area of Shepton Mallet.

Crews got to work with 2x breathing apparatus, 1x hose reel jet, 1x safety jet, 1x thermal image camera, positive pressure ventilation fan and a fire blanket to extinguish the fire within the kitchen. The room of origin sustained smoke damage.

The cause of fire was accidental.
