Property fire

Three fire engines were mobilised by Control following a call reporting a fire in the bedroom of a property. Upon arrival crews confirmed that the fire was in the back bedroom of a property consisting of two floors.

Crews used the following equipment:

• Two breathing apparatus
• One hose reel jet
• Two thermal image cameras
• One positive pressure ventilation fan
• Two ladders
• Small tools

The fire caused 100% fire damage to the bedroom, with 50% of the whole property affected by smoke.

The cause of the fire is believed to be accidental.
