Crews from Tavistock and Yelverton were mobilised to report of a domestic property fire in Mary Tavy.
On arrival crews confirmed the property was heavily smoke logged and 2 persons were unaccounted for. A search was carried out for the occupants however it was deemed that they were not at the property at the time of the fire. Crews confirmed no casualties at this incident.
Crew got to work with 4x breathing apparatus, 2x hose reel jets, 2x gas detectors, 1x thermal image camera, 2x positive pressure ventilation fans to extinguish the fire.
