Property fire

Fire Control took a call to a fire within property in the Broadclyst area.

On arrival the crews confirmed that the fire was in a first floor bedroom of a property and all occupants had evacuated.  They used 2 breathing apparatus wearers with a hose reel jet to extinguish the fire then used a positive pressure ventilation fan to ventilate the property of smoke.

Unfortunately 3 occupants suffered smoke inhalation and minor burns which were dealt with by the Ambulance Service.
