Property fire

Crews attended a property with smoke issuing on arrival. Firefighters donned breathing apparatus, and entered the property with hose reel jets to put the fire out. The gas board was requested due to an internal gas leak. The fire was located in the lower ground flat of the property, the flat sustaining heavy damage. The fire was extinguished, all persons were accounted for, and crews used a total of 4 breathing apparatus, 2 hose reels, 1 thermal imaging camera and 1 positive pressure fan.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation at the time of writing.
