Property fire

Multiple calls were received to Fire Control reporting smoke issuing from the window of a property at the above location. Crews were quickly mobilised and confirmed a first floor flat to be well alight upon arrival. Crews used 2 breathing apparatus, 1 hose reel jet, 1 triple extension ladder, 1 thermal imaging camera and positive pressure ventilation to extinguish. There was 100% fire damage to the living room as well as 50% smoke damage to the rest of the property. These are the full and final details.
