Fire Control received calls reporting a property on fire at the above location. Upon arrival crews confirmed a fire in the ground floor of the property and extinguished using 2 breathing apparatus wearers, 1 hose reel jet, 1 safety jet, 1 positive pressure ventilation fan, 1 thermal imaging camera and small tools. The downstairs utility was 100% damaged by fire and the remaining ground floor was 10% damaged by fire. The property was 100% damaged by smoke. This incident is believed to be accidental and these are the full and final details.
