Property fire

Two appliances one from Torquay and one from Paignton were mobilised to a report fo a smell of smoke and smoke within a room.

On arrival at the scene crew confirmed a four storey property comprising of flats heavily smoke logged on the first floor, and got to work to located the origin using small tools and a short extension ladder.

Crews used one hose reel jet, two thermal image cameras and a short extension ladder to extinguish a fire involving roof joints on a extended flat roof. The fire caused approximately five square metres of damage.
