Property Fire

Fire control received a call this morning reporting smoke issuing from the kitchen of a property on Widgery Road, Exeter with possible persons inside. 

Fire crews were quickly mobilised to the address and on arrival, crews reported a pan alight in a rear kitchen of the property.  Crews also located one male on the first floor of the home and carried out a rescue using a triple extension ladder.  Crews used two breathing apparatus, one hose reel jet, and one safety jet to extinguish the fire.  Ambulance were also in attendance.  The fire is believed to be accidental.
