Fire control received a call from an alarm monitoring company for alarms soudning in a residential scheme.
Control mobilised 1 Fire Engine which was sent from Greenbank.
Once on scene crews confirmed a fire within the property and asked for further Appliances to be mobilised.
The additional Fire Engines came from Greenbank, Crownhill, Plymstock along with the Aerial Appliance from Crownhill and supporting officers.
Crews confirmed a fire involving as bedroom on the third floor of a 4 storey block of flats, crews used ;
- 1 Hose Reel Jet
- 2 Breathing Apparatus
- 1 Safety Jet
the cause of the fire is believed to have been accidental.
