Property fire

Three Fire engines were immediately mobilised following a call to Control whereby the caller reported a fire in the kitchen.

Upon arrival crews confirmed that flames and smoke were issuing.

Crews used the following equipment to extinguish the fire:

• Two Breathing Apparatus
• Hose Reel Jet
• Safety Jet
• Positive Pressure Ventilation Fan
• Small Tools
• Thermal Image Camera

Approximately 30% of the property was damaged by smoke. Crews treated one person for smoke inhalation.

Cause of the fire was believed to be accidental.
