High-rise buildings

The Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022 made it a requirement in law for responsible persons of high-rise residential buildings to provide information to fire and rescue services to help them plan for and respond to a fire in their building.

Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022

A high-rise residential building is defined as a building containing two or more sets of domestic premises that are at least 18 metres tall or have at least seven storeys.

These templates are for responsible persons to send us the information required from regulations 7 and 11 of the Fire Safety (England) Regulations.
