The Freedom of Information Act 2000 provides you with a right of access to information held by public authorities. The Government calls this the 'right to know' and it is about increasing accountability and transparency in the decisions we make and in the services we provide.
We aim to respond promptly but we have 20 working days (after the day of receipt) to respond to your request. However, if it’s urgent, let us know and we will try and get it to you as quickly as we can.
