Property fire

Crews were mobilised to a commercial premises following a call reporting a fire. On arrival at the incident a fire within the oven booth was located and crews quickly set to work using 2 sets of breathing apparatus, one hose reel, one covering jet and a thermal imaging camera. The building had been evacuated of all staff. 

21:29...Site staff are monitoring paint process oven and fire crews are monitoring various locations throughout the factory using a thermal imaging camera. There are also crews standing by with one hose reel and breathing apparatus for precaution. 

21:48... Probable cause of heat and smoke has been located and crews are re-committing 3 breathing apparatus and one hose reel into the premises.

22:24...Breathing apparatus crews now withdrawn.

00:15... Temperatures are now of no concern and be monitored by on site staff throughout the night. Fire damage was confined to oven and extraction outlets. There is approximately 35% smoke damage to the rest of the building.
