Property fire

Fire Crews attended reports of a fire within the first floor bedroom of a domestic terraced property. The fire was extinguished using 4 Breathing Apparatus weares and one hose reel jet. A Thermal Imaging Camera was used to ensure there were no hotspots, a positive pressure ventilation fan was used to rid the property of smoke. Two adult males were treated for slight smoke inhalation and were left in the care of the Ambulance Service. The cause of the fire was believed to be accidental and involved a lamp and clothing. 

Crews gave Fire Safety advice to the occupants and the residents of the area.
