Fire crews were sent to a report of a car that had crashed into a shop and that there might be someone still trapped in the vehicle. 2 fire engines and a heavy rescue unit were sent and on arrival crews confirmed that there was a small car that had collided with a shop and one person was still within the vehicle.
Crews used a winch to pull the car from the building and then assisted the person out of the vehicle. They were then handed over to paramedics on scene.
