Fire control received a call to a property fire on Wolseley Road, Plymouth. 1 Fire engine from Greenbank (Plymouth) and 1 fire engine from Camels Head (Plymouth) attended the incident.
On arrival crews identified a small fire in the kitchen with a thermal imaging camera as a result of a tea towel smouldering on the hob. This was removed to fresh air and positive pressure ventilation was used to ventilate the property.
The cause of this fire was accidental and no persons were harmed.
