The Grand Hotel in Torquay
Fire engines: two from Torquay, Paignton, Totnes, one from Brixham, Newton Abbot, and Exeter.
We got called at around 9.50 after smoke was seen coming from the spa in the basement. The building has been evacuated and we have six fire engines plus three special appliances at the scene with firefighters using water jets and breathing apparatus to tackle the fire.
