Fire control received reports of a single vehicle road traffic collision from the Ambulance service.
Control mobilised 2 Fire Engines which came from Dulverton and Minehead along with the Heavy Rescue Vehicle from Taunton and a supporting officer.
Once on scene crews confirmed a single vehicle RTC with the vehicle on its roof and 1 person still within the vehicle.
Crews successfully extricated the casualty using hydraulic rescue equipment, Small tools, and stabilisation equipment.
The casualty was left in the hands of the Ambulance service and duty of care of this incident was left with the police.
