Fire appliances attended an RTC involving an articulated lorry that had overturned after leaving the highway. Crews arrived on scene and confirmed one male driver trapped in the cab, and got to work with hydaulic rescue equipment. Police and Ambulance also attended, along with the Air Ambulance.
Crews extricated the casualty and administered first aid, and who was then taken to hospital via the Air Ambulance. Crews also assisted Police making the scene safe.
