2 Fire engines from Frome were sent to reports of a fire in the Friggle Street area of Frome. On arrival, crews confirmed this to be a recovery truck, well alight.
The fire was extinguished using 1 breathing apparatus wearer, 1 hose reel jet and hydraulic cutting equipment was used to gain access.
The vehicle was completely destroyed by fire and the cause was accidental.
