Property fire

Crews from Crediton, Torquay, and Danes Castle attended a barn outside Crediton where we received reports of an agricultural fire. On arrival the crews found there to be approximately 100 tonnes of hay smouldering. They worked with the farmer to remove hay from the barn and extinguish those involved in fire. Crews used two hose reel jets, one compressed air foam branch, one thermal imaging camera, one triple extension ladder, and a telehandler. The cause of the fire was accidental.
