Calls were received reporting a large barn fire near Yealmpton.
This affected two barns containing hay and barley. At its height, eight fire engines were on site with Firefighters working to bring the fire under control and stop and further spread.

- Compressed Air Foam
- Breathing Apparatus
- Light Portable Pump
The contents of the barn are being left to burn, however the Fire Service are remaining on site with reduced crews to monitor until it is deemed safe for crews to return.
